1. Service Scope

Brandify Trends provides Shopify eCommerce store design and development services, including store setup, theme customization, product page design, and basic store configuration.

2. Project Pricing

The price quoted for Shopify eCommerce development covers only the design and development services provided by Brandify Trends.

It does not include any third-party costs, including but not limited to:

  • Shopify subscription plans
  • Paid Shopify themes
  • Premium apps or plugins
  • Domain purchase
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Third-party integrations

All such costs must be paid directly by the client.

3. Shopify Plan Charges

Shopify operates on a subscription-based pricing model.

The Shopify plan cost is not included in our project pricing. Clients must purchase and maintain their own Shopify subscription plan according to their business needs.

Any charges related to the Shopify platform will be separate and payable directly to Shopify.

4. App & Plugin Costs

Some features may require premium Shopify apps or plugins. If the client chooses to use any paid apps, the subscription fees will be the client’s responsibility.

Brandify Trends is not responsible for pricing changes made by third-party app providers.

5. Payment Terms

To start the project:

  • 50% advance payment is required before the project begins.
  • 50% remaining payment must be completed before final delivery of the website.

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines depend on:

  • Content availability
  • Client feedback
  • Number of revisions requested

Delays in providing required materials may affect the project delivery timeline.

7. Revisions

The project includes limited revisions as agreed during the proposal stage. Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra charges.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing:

  • Product information and images
  • Business details and policies
  • Shopify account access
  • Payment gateway details

9. Website Ownership

Once the project payment is completed, the ownership of the website design and store setup will be transferred to the client.

However, Brandify Trends retains the right to show the project in its portfolio for promotional purposes.

10. Support

Basic post-launch support may be provided for a limited period (e.g., 7–15 days). Ongoing maintenance or support services may require a separate agreement.
